Account information

Yes! We just want to make sure our customers have the best deals in town. It's very simple to create an account, and it allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also receive benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discount/promos and special offers.

My order information

If you've cancelled an order through My Account, then we wouldn't have taken any money for your order. We only take the money for an order, once it's been sent to our warehouse to be packed up.

Depending on which payment method you selected at checkout, the time it takes for the money to become available again can vary:

  • Credit or debit card - Your payment provider will reserve the funds ready for us to take. You may notice the amount on your bank statement with a 'Pending or Reserved status'.
  • Paypal - The funds will be reserved ready for the payment to be authorised. You may notice a pre-authorisation transaction ID on your account.
  • Gift voucher - This will be credited back into your account within 72 hours of the order being cancelled.
  • Paynow - Your funds will be refunded within 5 working days.

When you cancel the order, the reserved funds will be made available to you again. This can take up to 10 working days depending on your payment provider and we're not able to speed up this process. If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please get in touch with our customer care team and we'll look further into it for you.

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service advisors here (wecare@sculplex.com) and let the representative know the details of your order and they will assist you further. 

Please ensure you include as much information as possible. Eg: Order number, what you need assistance with, and pictures/videos for visual evidence, if necessary. This will allow us to speed up the process and have you sorted as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

The items would take 10-14 working days to arrive at your doorstep. Thank you for your patience.

We offer free shipping worldwide with no minimum spend, and regardless of where you are situated.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to to track your order via the online tracker. The carrier usually updates their information within one business day, to be reflected and updated on the website.

We use Fedex, DHL and Singpost.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns & exchanges purchased from our site sculplex.com, within 30 days for a full refund to original payment or store credit. To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition, with the original tags attached. If the received products are damaged/defective, our customer service team would require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process the return once the items are received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

  • Visit our returns centre 
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines 

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy for the items you wish to exchange and place a new order for your new items. You can opt for store credit refund to speed up the order process. 

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit 

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Once the return has been approved, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be made by Sculplex online store to your payment provider. Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

We do not offer returns on gift certificates, and on items marked as "final sale" - in which case, items are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

You will receive an email upon placing the return request, with instructions on how to ship the products to us.

Payment options

Placing an order couldn't be easier. Simply follow these steps:

1. Click Add to cart to place the item you want to buy.

2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon to view the items in your cart and pay. This will appear on the right hand side of the screen. If you're happy with the items in your cart, click Checkout.

3. Enter your email address and password or if you're a new customer, register now. You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.

4. Review and confirm the items in your order.

5. If you have a promo code or voucher to spend, you'll need to enter this under the promo code/vouchers tab.

6. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method. 

7. Confirm your payment method and Place order. 

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know of your order details. It's worth checking Sculplex is marked as a safe sender in your email account or checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation listing all the relevant details of the transaction. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

We accept payment for your order from the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Card. We also accept Paynow, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

Your card will be charged immediately when you place an order. Please make sure you have enough limit on your credit card, else the transaction would be declined.

We accept online payments through the most secured and military-grade encrypted payment platforms. Furthermore, Sculplex.com is SSL Encrypted, so all your information including the credit card details are absolutely safe.

All credit/debit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

Promotions & Gift cards

Good news! Buying a gift voucher is easy. You just have to decide who you want to send it to, how much you want to spend and when you want the lucky person to receive it! The gift voucher will be sent within 24 hours after you've placed your order.

Our gift cards are just like cash - They never expire!

When you receive your Sculplex gift voucher, it's a good idea to register it to your account right away. This will add the credit to your account immediately, ready for you to spend. ⁣

Register a Gift Voucher⁣

1. Log into My Account and click on the Gift Cards & Vouchers tab.⁣

2. Click on the Add Gift Card/Voucher tab, select Gift Voucher and enter your 16-digit voucher code.⁣

3. Save Gift voucher.⁣

Once the gift voucher has been added to your account, it can't be transferred to another account.⁣

Using a Gift Voucher⁣

To pay for an order with Gift Voucher, you have 2 options:⁣

Option 1 - Any vouchers already linked to your account will show under the Promo Code or Voucher tab at checkout. Select the gift voucher as your chosen payment method and the value will automatically be deducted from the overall cost of your order.⁣

Option 2 - Enter your Gift Voucher code at checkout. When you get to checkout, select the Promo Code/Voucher tab and enter your 16-digit voucher code. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order.⁣

Reminder!⁣

  • If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the extra using another payment method in the usual way.⁣
  • If you're spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend later, ready for use on your next order.⁣

It can take up to 24 hours from the time you placed an order for a Gift voucher to be sent. If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please ask the recipient to check their junk mail. If it's not there, contact our customer care team with the following details and they'll do their best to replace it for you:

  • The order number you received when you ordered the gift voucher or the email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from
  • The value of the gift voucher
  • The email address the gift voucher was sent to
